  I was relatively satisfied with the services offered, but I was not happy to find out that the greeter information is not released and there is no way to contact the greeter directly. This is not what my clients are used to and they were not happy about it either. So far, the connection has gone well but there are still 2 arrivals booked so we will see how they go too.
