  Met immediately by a representative and walked directly to a passport desk. Went through passport control in a few minutes. Have been to Dubai many times and never used this facility before. Best money spent on this trip I am sure. Highly recommended.

  Very helpful and very friendly service. The greeter was also very patient with my parents I recommend to improve the service by sending the name and mobile number of the greeter in an e-mail or SMS message one day ahead of time
