We were transiting via Delhi on our way back to London from Chandigarh. The representative we were assigned was pleasant and quite helpful. However, unfortunately, she was not allowed to cut the queues for us at Immigration and at Security. People in wheelchairs could cut the queues. We had about two hours in transit and this is a very short time considering Delhi airport. Fortunately, we were able to get through the queues this time as the queues were short at the time. We hired the Meet & Greet to enable us to move smoothly and not stand in queues. The representative was blameless but I shall ask AS to look into this aspect and help them to move rapidly trough the formalities.
