  The service is great. The lady who helped was very sweet and supportive considering that our passengers don't speak English and are not usual travelers. Service definitely recommended, will use it again.

  The two guests were satisfied with the meet and greet. Initial booking was a little confusing with 2 tries to get the name spelling correct over the phone. Otherwise all good.
